  We stayed in this apartment for 1 year. In general the apartment was comfortable and the maintenance was reasonable. For most of our study we were OK, but we have two major issues that changed our experience:
  1) Security: We had a burglary in our apartment. No window or door were broken. We lost everything in the house while the house keys locked. This suggest that someone had access to keys. We have many people from maintenance enter our property when we were not at home. The Apartment management did not take any responsibility. We heard at least 3-4 burglary in the same month and management did nothing to address the security issues.
  2) Taking advantage: We had left the apartment in the same state as it was given to us. We were sent a huge bill to pay for cleaning after we vacated. Also, we had paid a deposit for remote key chains that we were told that will be refunded. WE ended up paying for both cleaning and no deposit was given to us.
  
  With these observations.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to consider this apartment.. :(
