    I originally booked my appointment with Emily based off other reviews. When I got to the appointment I was told Kala would be my esthetician. I did not mind but was a little bummed I wasn't informed before hand I would not see Emily. Kala did a great job, very sweet and professional. I did not know what to expect as this was my first time having a facial. The only thing I did not like was being offered different options for upgrade. I get they are also sales people but I wanted to relax. After the appointment she did speak to me about products which were very expensive, I mean $70 for a face serum seems excessive to me considering my skin is not bad. And then again while checking out being poached for a monthly membership. I could do without the extra sales pitch and just enjoy the treatment.
