Jumping jungle cancelled our party due to hurrican Harvey and did not give us the option of a refund but instead had to move it to another date or lose our deposit which was hard to do considering a lot of our friends and family were affected by the hurricane. It being that they cancelled and we had a major hurricane they should have gave us a refund.
